I bought this for a friend who is on a tight budget and wanted some RGB. I didn’t expect much considering the price, but this mouse and keyboard are pretty solid. The keys have some resistance and feel similar to my Romer-G’s. I am currently using the Logitech G413 silver which I highly recommend. I expected the keys to feel like a cherry mx red, or just no resistance at all. The caps don’t feel super cheap either and when pressed they are quiet. It has very limited customization with the RGB backlight. It only has “wave” mode but you can control the speed and brightness. You can also turn it off.The mouse feels decent in my hand, I have relatively large hands so it’s a bit small but not too small. I am currently using the Logitech G403 wireless which I also highly recommend, except for I grabbed it before the price sky rocketed so might be better options now. I could easily use this mouse for hours without cramping though so it’s really not bad at all. The mouse has a texture on it which is nice in case your hands get a bit sweaty.Overall I think he’s gonna like this combo. I rated 5 stars because this is a budget combo. It’s not high end but it’s great for the price. Would recommend for someone on a budget looking for some decent RGB.
I was a bit reluctant as some of the reviews were a little worrisome, but so far it is doing great. I didn't think the lighted keyboard feature was really something I'd care about, but finding that I do like it a lot. I also like that I can change the color and make it blink if I want. (Actually just picked one steady color and stick with it. That works for me.) I like the feel of the keyboard too. So far it's been a delightful surprise.
This is a great combo for the money! I've been using my set for about 2 years without issues now. I type quickly and aggressively, so the only issue I would say I have is that for someone on his computer 8-12 hours a day, the c key has started to scratch up a bit. I'm shocked at the excellent quality and responsiveness of this keyboard; I would say that it's a bit squishy as far as keyboards go, though. If you enjoy membrane keyboards and want an easy-to-use combo, this will support you pretty well. Mechanical keyboards are not the end-all, and for people who type more aggressively/quickly, I can't emphasize enough that membrane keyboards still have their place. This is pretty darned comfy and plush to type on for the money, and I can't see myself forking out another $100 for the level of performance I get.
Purchased for a PS4 to play Modern Warfare, this keyboard and mouse combo is fantastic for the price. The keyboards button have a soft to the touch feel and require shorter press distance than your standard keyboard. The keyboard is very quiet and has multiple lighting modes with brightness adjustment and you can adjust the speed at which some lighting settings pulse. The mouse feels very well made, all buttons work on the PS4. It only lights up red and pulses approximately every three seconds. The only issue I had was with the usb plug on the keyboard. The rubber coating is kind of thick preventing it from plugging into the front of the PS4, but is easily fixed by shaving some off.Overall I’d highly recommend this set up as it’s great for the price.
For such a cheap gaming combo you can't beat the price for the quality you get. The extra two buttons on the mouse are pretty reactive and have a nice click to them. The keyboard itself is pretty nice with some programmable buttons and some extra media buttons that I haven't really gotten to use since I mainly use this on my PS4. The cables are braided which is insane to see given the price. One thing however that I never thought I'd say is that I wish there was more paper work telling you more about the buttons and features on the keyboard, for example I had to find on my own how to control the lighting effects which is another nice edition that isn't necessary but shows the quality of this product. Also maybe more instructions on how to use the media buttons on the keyboard. Either way this is a pretty nice bundle for only 30 dollars, can't beat it.
